Effectively July 1, 2025, although districts are still required to maintain data regarding bullying and challenging behaviors, according to P.A. 23-167, Sec. 87, districts are no longer required to report verified acts of bullying to the CSDE. Therefore, bullying data will not be updated after 2024-25.
